From 1963 to 1995

   

In the old building there was located initially a vocational school, then the high school Zespół Szkół Zawodowych, which was established in 1990 by the board of school to educate school children.

 

 The dormitory, that was built by WSK-PZL Rzeszów, was converted in 1991 into classrooms.The workshop of the school was enriched by a diagnosis service station..

 

 

In this time in charge of the school were Edward Owski (died in 1970) and  

                                                                       Franciszek Kiszka (died in 1988).

 

 

 

In 1988 Stanislaw Tymowicz was chosen as a headmaster.

 

From 1996 to 2011.

 

Thanks to effort of the headmaster,

Stanisław Tymowicz, teachers, parents and students, and thanks to the help of school authorities, building of the new gymnasium was in 1996 successfully completed.

In 1997 the construction of the new buildings was started.

In 2000 a joint connecting the old and the new school was built.

On the occasion of the opening of the new buildings on 10. 12. 2000, the school was named after Stefan Wyszyński. On 8.11.2003 the school celebrated its fortieth birthday.

On that day the flag of the school was consecrated.

 

In 2007 the adaptation of the school’s attic was started. The attic was changed completely and since 2008 it has been used as a set of computer labs and administration rooms. In 2007 the headmaster Stanislaw Tymowicz retired after 38 years of working, including 19 years of being in charge or the school.

Thanks to the new headmaster,

 

Halina Cygan, the school and all its interior is constantly renovated and it is being equipped in the newest technologies.

On 1 September 2010, 464 students has started their new school year in 16 classes.
